This template is very easy to configure, the menu buttons don't actually contain text, just alter the link text in the code. Do whatever you want with it, use it, abuse it, adapt it but please leave the 'Original Design' link intact if you do decide to use it. You should find it easy enough to edit to your requirements, as there's nothing really complicated about it. If you change the table property borders="0" to borders="1" you'll get a better idea of how the page is structured. I've included a blank page for you to copy, paste and rename (click 'Demo Link' to view) so you can keep your site consistent, a style sheet is also included.
