This site was designed as a portal for anyone interested in web design and its many facets, and provides links to suitable learning materials, references, tutorials and software.

So, if you want to learn about HTML, JavaScript, Java, CGI, Perl, or need to learn Visual Basic before tackling VBScript and ASP, there are plenty of sites to choose from. Want to learn how to use software packages... check out the links pages for Macromedia Dreamweaver and FrontPage plus links for Photoshop and Paintshop Pro. There's a Reference section under way, and  Free Web Templates to help get you established on the internet highway. This is a progressive site and growing steadily, with many new sections and additions in the pipeline. Just select your subject from the main menus, to find links to sites that should prove useful.

You can create your own logos, buttons and navigation bars online, and save them to your own directories ... there are plenty of styles and fonts to choose from.

There are many templates on offer at GH Gold, some put together by us and some provided by other sites. None of these templates must be held in a library, gallery or collection and displayed on another site (except for the owner/designers) - neither should they be altered and re-displayed for download and claimed as your own work.
